I don't see my favorite plane, when are you going to add it to the library?

We have a prioritization of planes to be designed, but that is trumped by customer requests. If you are waiting for your favorite plane to be added to the library, the fastest way to get results is to contact us and let us know what you're looking for.

What happens if I want my plane designed?

When you contact us with a request for your own plane to be designed, we will ask you to submit a picture of it, in the pose that you prefer. Our in-house design team will then digitize this perspective of the plane for embroidery and send you a rendering for your approval. We will work with you on the design until you are satisfied that it accurately portrays the plane you love.

What if I want my paint job?

When you request your paint job be applied to one of our existing plane designs, our in-house design team will again ask for a photo of your plane. From this photo, the design team will apply your paint-scheme to an existing plane design. They will submit a rendering of that design to you for approval of both the accuracy and color match to your plane. Once you are completely satisfied, we will start stitching out your order.

Why don't you have a shopping cart?

This isn't some warehouse full of pre-made gifts waiting to be shipped. We want to make sure you get exactly what you want, personalized to your specifications. When you tell us what you want, we get back to you to confirm your resquest and make sure all the details are correct. We want you to be satisfied with the final product, so we will make sure you are involved in the entire process.

I would really like ____, can you make that?

Give us a try! Contact us and let us know what you're thinking of. We'll research it and suggest some solutions and work with you to create the gift you've got in mind.
